The reconciliation checker, cash planner and guide search run in your browser. The site code does not send these entered values to QTax and does not store them in browser storage. Reloading the page resets the tool examples.
Hosting and access
The hosting provider processes requests needed to deliver the website. This review version uses platform access controls and may require your platform account. Hosting and authentication providers may process technical information under their own privacy terms. QTax does not control all platform-level logs or cookies.
Enquiries and external services
If you call or contact QTax through WhatsApp, the contact details and message you provide are processed through that channel and may be used to respond, assess the requested service and manage an agreed engagement. WhatsApp and linked government websites have their own privacy practices.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
This version does not install analytics, marketing cookies or advertising scripts in its own application code. Platform-level authentication may operate separately. If advertising or analytics is introduced, this notice and any required consent mechanism must be updated to match the actual implementation before those scripts are enabled.

Contact QTax to ask about information you supplied or request a correction or deletion, subject to applicable recordkeeping duties. The retention and secure-transfer arrangements for client accounting or tax documents are agreed separately for the engagement. Do not submit sensitive documents through an initial chat.
