A service starts only after the scope, information required, professional fee and any applicable conditions are agreed. A website enquiry, WhatsApp message or initial discussion is not acceptance of an engagement.
4. Client responsibilities

- Review drafts, figures and declarations before submission.
- Keep login credentials and verification codes secure.
- Pay government dues and professional fees by the agreed deadline.

5. Fees and third-party charges
Professional fees are communicated according to the scope. Government fees, taxes, bank charges, courier costs and third-party charges are separate unless expressly included in writing.
6. No guaranteed result
QTax Online does not guarantee approval, refund, filer status, tax savings, completion by a government authority or any outcome outside our control. Results depend on the law, records, government systems and decisions of relevant authorities.
7. Calculators
Calculators produce estimates based on selected inputs and programmed assumptions. They may not account for every exemption, credit, adjustment, special regime or recent legal change. Users remain responsible for obtaining an appropriate final calculation.
8. Intellectual property
Original website design, text, calculations and branding are protected. Reasonable quotation with attribution and a link is allowed, but republication, automated scraping or commercial copying without permission is prohibited.
9. External services and links
Government portals, payment providers, social networks and linked websites operate independently. Availability, security and content on those services are outside our control.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, QTax Online is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on general website information, user input errors, interruption of third-party systems or unauthorised use of credentials.
11. Suspension and misuse
Access may be restricted where the website is used for spam, abuse, unlawful activity, attempted interference, unauthorised access or copying that harms the service.
12. Governing law and updates
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Pakistan. We may update them when services or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
