How this business tax calculator works

This page calculates tax on annual business income only. The selected annual income is matched to the correct business tax slab for the selected tax year, then the slab formula is applied to produce the annual tax amount.

After that, the calculator subtracts any tax already deducted by clients or customers from the annual tax to show the net tax payable. It also shows income after total tax, so users can see both the gross tax and remaining payable amount.
