Who we are
QTax Online is a tax, accounting and business support platform based in Rawalpindi and serving clients across Pakistan. The website was created to make common compliance matters easier to understand and to provide a clear route for people who need professional assistance.
Our work is coordinated by Malik Qaiser, an accounting and bookkeeping professional with more than seven years of practical experience. His background includes bookkeeping, account cleanup, bank reconciliation, receivables and payables, tax-ready reports and work with platforms such as QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books and Wave.
We support salaried individuals, freelancers, sole proprietors, partnerships, startups and companies. The exact service depends on the taxpayer type, records available, relevant tax period and the authority involved.
Our service philosophy
Tax and compliance work should not be treated as a form-filling exercise. A return or registration can only be prepared responsibly when the underlying facts and documents are understood. We therefore begin by identifying the scope and the records required before preparing or submitting work.
- We distinguish professional fees from government fees, taxes and third-party charges.
- We do not promise guaranteed refunds, approvals or outcomes.
- We identify assumptions and missing information before finalisation.
- We use client information only for the agreed service and related communication.
- We encourage clients to retain copies of filings, supporting records and confirmations.
What we help with
Our main service areas are now explained directly on the homepage so users can compare them in one place. They include income tax return filing, NTN registration, sales tax support, active taxpayer matters, SECP company registration, import/export setup guidance, accounting and bookkeeping, and financial reporting support.
Where a service requires a licensed auditor, legal practitioner or another regulated professional, we make that distinction clear. QTax Online does not present bookkeeping or statement-preparation support as a statutory audit opinion.
How quality is maintained
Our public guides and calculators are intended to help users understand a topic before making a decision. Tax laws and government procedures can change, so pages are reviewed against official material where practical and include a last-updated date or source references when the subject requires them.
Editorial standards, corrections and the role of official sources are described in our Editorial Policy. The background of the primary author is available on the Author and Expertise page.
What clients should expect
- An initial discussion to identify the service, taxpayer type and relevant period.
- A document or information checklist based on the work required.
- Preparation and follow-up questions where records are incomplete or inconsistent.
- Confirmation of completion, copies of available documents and guidance on the next step.
