Payments and cancellations

Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains the general approach to professional fees, cancellations and refunds. The agreed quotation or engagement may include service-specific terms.

Before work starts

If a client cancels before substantive work has started, a refund of the professional fee may be considered, less any payment-processing or unavoidable third-party charge.

After work has started

Once document review, calculation, drafting, registration work, filing preparation or other substantive work has started, fees relating to completed work are generally not refundable. If the engagement ends before completion, any refund is assessed according to the work already performed and costs incurred.

Government and third-party charges

Government fees, taxes, challans, payment gateway charges, courier costs and amounts paid to third parties are normally non-refundable by QTax Online. Any refund from the relevant authority or provider is subject to its own rules.

Client delay or incomplete information

A refund is not automatically due where work cannot be completed because the client did not provide required information, did not approve a draft, missed a deadline or supplied inaccurate records.

Duplicate or incorrect payment

Contact us promptly with payment evidence if a duplicate or incorrect payment is made. Verified excess amounts will be corrected through an appropriate payment method.

How to request a review

Submit the request through the contact page with the service, payment date, amount and reason. Requests are considered on the facts and the agreed scope.
